Tor Braham
Tor Braham is a member of the board of directors of Viavi Solutions, Inc., a publicly traded network and service enablement company; A10 Networks, Inc., a publicly traded network equipment company; and Micro Lambda Wireless, Inc., one of the largest independent suppliers of electronics components in the world.
Tor was also on the board of directors of Altaba Inc. (formerly Yahoo, Inc.), a publicly traded independent, non-diversified, closed-end management investment company, from 2016 to 2019, as well as that of four other publicly traded technology companies. He previously served as a member of the board of directors of NetApp, Inc., a computer storage and data management company, from September 2013 to March 2016 and Sigma Designs, Inc., an integrated circuit provider for the home entertainment market, from June 2014 to August 2016. Mr. Braham also serves on the board of directors of one private technology company, and has in the past served on the boards of directors of four other publicly traded technology companies.
He served as Managing Director and Global Head of Technology Mergers and Acquisitions for Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. from 2004 until November 2012. From 2000 to 2004, he served as Managing Director and Co-Head of West Coast U.S. Technology, Mergers and Acquisitions for Credit Suisse First Boston, an investment bank that was created from the merger of First Boston Corporation and Credit Suisse Group in 1988.
Tor completed his undergraduate studies at Columbia University and has a J.D. from the New York University School of Law.
