Marc Chan
Marc Chan is currently a director of Amprion Inc.
As a serial entrepreneur, Marc is a Founder and Executive Director of Iluvatar CoreX, a semiconductor manufacturing company; a Co-Founder of Harbour Networks, a US-based communications systems integrator and managed services provider; and Founder & Managing Director of Huacomm, an IT and telecom system integrator and distribution business in Asia. His previous roles include various engineering and management positions at Motorola, Canadian National Railways, and Texas Instruments.
Founder of 'Huacomm', an IT and telecom system integration company in 1996. Huacomm, in partnership with Huawei, has successfully completed major telecoms infrastructure projects in Hong Kong.
Co-founder of Harbour Networks in 2000. Active private investor in properties in Hong Kong and private equity investment in the greater China region. Invested in companies at various stages in sectors including Internet, Industrial, Medical and Media.
He is an active private investor in Hong Kong and the greater China region and has invested in companies across various stages in sectors such as information technology, industrials, healthcare, and media.
Marc graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc), majoring in electrical and electronic engineering.
